My 92 year old and 89 year old grandparents had to move out of their house due to significant mold infestation.  I called A Quality Finish for a quote one day before I learned I would have to immediately relocate my grandparents.  Joe of A Quality was so flexible that he came to the house the next day and picked up the furniture.  Joe took the time to explain to me and my grandparents what he was going to do to the furniture and give us sound expert advice on the difference between refurbishing and cleaning.  Some of the items we gave him had suffered wear and tear, and years of water damage.  Joe made recommendations on the repairs, including some carpentry work to make the items look their best. 
 
I was invited to review the refurbishment at the shop.  Furniture that I had crawled under, over and on as a child, looked so good.  I could hardly believe it was my grandparents' furniture.   Handles and brass that I remembered as black knobs gleamed brightly, as if brand new. Ann and Reggie took excellent care of me.  They took the time to answer all of my questions during my site visit.  They remembered my situation, and expressed honest care and concern. 
 
When Joe delivered the furniture to my grandparents' house,family friends and my grandparents were amazed at how good the furniture looked.  Both friends told me jokingly that there was a line forming of people that wanted the furniture. 
 
I can not recommend A Quality enough to anyone looking to clean, refinish or refurbish furniture.  The entire team is so caring, and worked hard to make my trying experience easier.  My grandparents are happy to be home, and happier to have their furniture restored so beautifully.
